The 5% applies to the full amount collected through Stripe — including tax and tip when they are collected through Stripe. It is all-in: Stripe's standard domestic processing (2.9% + C$0.30) is absorbed inside the 5%, so on a standard card your combined standard card + platform cost is exactly 5.0%.
A C$0.30 small-order fee applies to pickup and dine-in order/check payments with menu subtotal under C$15. Non-standard Stripe fees — international cards, currency conversion, disputes, chargebacks, and fees Stripe retains on refunds — pass through at cost.
