Look up your order

Use the lookup code from your order confirmation email, plus the email you ordered with. If you have a pickup PIN, bring it to the restaurant.

Lookup opens the OctoFood ordering site. OctoFood does not show private order details on the public website.

How tracking works

Open guest lookup

Use the lookup code from your order confirmation email. Guests can track without creating an account.

Watch the restaurant status

The customer app shows accepted, preparing, ready, completed, or cancelled states when the restaurant updates the order.

Bring the pickup PIN

Show the PIN from app.octofood.app or your ready email when you arrive. It helps the restaurant match the right order quickly.
